We have launched our new ozone washing line at our Yenibosna–Istanbul facility. Early pilot runs show up to 40% water savings while preserving the same visual effects and handfeel, alongside meaningful energy efficiency gains. The new line accelerates our sample-to-bulk transitions and enables data-backed lot-level color/measurement consistency. As part of our sustainability roadmap, we plan to scale this improvement across all denim recipes by year-end.
